System Security for AmigaOS

Multiuser is the continuation of the Multiuser Filesystem (muFS), and provides UNIX style security for AmigaOS - preventing people from accessing private/secret/sensitive files or deleting files they shouldn't.

Jan/Feb 2000 Multiuser Web site (is being) revamped and relocated

10 Feb 2000 CVS Repository now available through sourceforge: the module name is MultiUser2.
Take a look at the multiuser project page on sourceforge for more info about getting into the CVS repository.
Extra libraries for gcc users (needed to compile the source).
13 Feb 2000 European Download Centre now available for export restricted parts of the system that cannot be hosted on sourceforge. Currently, this is the DES Crypt plugin for encryption, available only in binary form (for the time-being).
13 July 2000 muFS v45 patch available - courtesy of Etienne Vogt.
This patch requires AmigaOS 3.5 and Multiuser 1.8
Please read the Readme and do NOT upload this file to Aminet until Etienne officially releases the patch.
